Fred Fastiggi has 25 years of experience in the construction industry. The office serves the state of New Jersey and Metro Philadelphia. We focus on individual home owners, churches / synagogues, schools, small office owners, architects and custom home builders (non-tract developers). We compete by offering personal and meticulous service to individuals who may not be thoroughly familiar with elevator planning or construction requirements. It is not unusual for us to spend six to twelve months working with potential clients before a purchase decision is made. Our services include no-obligation on-site visits, architect plan reviews, individualized drawings or sketches for a customer s specific site and providing accurate budget estimates. In addition, we provide general advice on construction planning (shaft construction, structural and electrical requirements) and permitting for the project. Our jobs are staffed by elevator mechanics and electricians, who have a minimum of ten years experience in their respective trades and who take pride in offering extraordinary workmanship and responsiveness.
